About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, sales-driven Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of an Industrial desk in Loganholme

This role manages a high-volume, 360-degree recruitment desk specializing in manufacturing and industrial placements, including forklift operators, machine operators, pickpackers, and factory laborers. The desk is predominantly focused on flexible, fast-paced temporary staffing assignments

Your Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end temp recruitment, from outbound sales, client visits, and order-taking to candidate attraction, screening, and placement management.

- Driving Business Development: Actively hunt for new business opportunities across your exclusive territory through targeted cold calling, reverse marketing candidates, and on-the-ground canvassing / door-knocking.

- Client Engagement & Site Visits: Build trusted relationships with managers, operations heads,



and site leaders by completing a minimum of 5 client visits per week across your territory.

- Local Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize Seek, creative Boolean search, and local network outreach to source reliable blue-collar talent, conducting thorough screenings to ensure site reliability.

What We're Looking For

- Proven Outbound Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in hard outbound sales, high-volume outbound calling (e.g., real estate sales or cold-calling environments), or agency recruitment.

- Resilience & Drive: Commercial acumen, and the mental agility required to thrive in quick-paced blue-collar industrial staffing.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident, outgoing interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly with warehouse workers and senior operations managers alike.

- Mobility Requirements: A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable personal vehicle for territory client visits (kilometre reimbursement provided).
