Cabrini Health's Asylum Seeker and Refugee Health Hub in Northcote seeks a Refugee Health Nurse/Practice Nurse (RN Grade 3) to provide comprehensive primary healthcare, immunisation and care coordination in a nurse-led team.

You will bring current AHPRA registration, 3+ years in primary care or refugee health, solid cross-cultural communication, and the ability to work autonomously while engaging with interpreters and multidisciplinary colleagues in a compassionate, trauma-informed setting.
