Disability Support Worker – Employee via App | $46–$81.50/hr + Super | Logan

Be a support worker who's employed, not a contractor – and join through the SFE app.

Support For Everyone is a registered NDIS provider in South East Queensland. You're our casual employee under the SCHADS Award – no ABN, no invoices, no platform fee out of your pay – and you find and manage your shifts in the SFE app.

Know exactly what you'll earn

Weekdays $46.00/hr ($51.52 including 12% super)

Tax handled through payroll - no ABN, no invoicing, no rate negotiating

Paid weekly, every Wednesday, through payroll

Pay rises of $1, $2.50 and $5 an hour on weekday and evening shifts at 100, 300 and 600 hours (with great reliability), plus a $100 bonus at 50 hours

Paid travel between participants on the same day

WorkCover injury cover and long service leave through QLeave

Your NDIS Worker Screening Check and first aid costs paid back after your 3rd shift

What you'll do

Support NDIS participants close to home in Logan, Brisbane and Ipswich:



daily living, community access, personal care and transport, following each person's support plan and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Choose who you support and when you work.

What you need

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or apply for one – we'll guide you)

Blue Card (working with children)

Current First Aid and CPR

Driver's licence and reliable car (insured) for transport shifts

A smartphone, and comfort completing a video interview in our app

Right to work in Australia

Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or Disability preferred – relevant experience welcome, current workers and students encouraged
