Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager for NSW to oversee daily store operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ solid team, train them to deliver the Best Experience and uphold safety standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive service, merchandising and KPI performance, while rostering and coordinating with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety teams.
