MacKellar Group in Queensland's Carmichael Mine is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support production and maintenance crews. Based on site, you will coordinate training, ensure compliance, and drive workforce capability across the operation.

Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will develop training plans, monitor competencies, and assist with QA and training records. This hands-on, field-based role requires solid organisational skills and Australian mining familiarity,
