The Role:

As a Rear Loader Driver, you'll:

- Operate waste collection vehicles across the Sutherland Shire
- Collect domestic and commercial waste and recycling
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections
- Deliver quality customer service to residents and businesses
- Work as part of a supportive, safety-focused crew

About You:

You will:

- Hold a currentHR Driver Licence
- Enjoy hands-on, active work
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Have good customer service and communication skills
- Be comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding role

Waste industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

- Package: $81,044 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Plus applicable driving allowances for designated drivers, paid in accordance with the Waste Enterprise Agreement.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time: Working 38 hours per week working on a 9-day fortnight. Applicants must be available to work a range of shifts from 4.00am Monday to Friday.
