ManpowerGroup is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide in office L1/L2 support across desktop, hardware, Microsoft 365, and network environments in Sydney CBD. The role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who can troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and deliver excellent customer service.
You will perform device builds, imaging, deployments and hardware swaps, support Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint management, and maintain technical documentation.
