Nepean Hospital is seeking an experienced After Hours Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight outside normal hours. You will lead nursing teams, coordinate patient flow, and respond to after-hours risks across the hospital with a focus on safety and quality care.
You will partner with Nursing, Medical and multidisciplinary staff to ensure effective service, manage resources, and support staff wellbeing during night and weekend periods.
