The Firm & The Role

Our client, a respected specialist employment law practice, are looking for Employment Lawyers of junior to senior level, to join their Sunshine Coast office.

The role will involve advising employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, performance management, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, terminations, redundancies and Fair Work Commission proceedings.

About You

You are an admitted lawyer with:

- Experience in employment law or workplace relations
- Solid communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team
