Child Psychologist & General/Clinical Psychologist Opportunity – Join Our Growing Team on the Northern Gold Coast

Are you a Child Psychologist or General/Clinical Psychologist looking to join a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated team? We would love to meet you! Psychologists with experience or an interest in couples therapy are also encouraged to apply.

Founded in 2014, Mind on Health is a well-established private psychology practice with three clinics across Oxenford, Parkwood, and Pimpama . We have built strong relationships with local GPs, mental health professionals, and the wider Gold Coast community, and we are passionate about supporting psychologists to build sustainable and rewarding careers.

With beautiful purpose-built consulting rooms, an experienced administration team working across our clinics, and established referral pathways, successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding caseload with ongoing support.

We currently have referrals available for child, adolescent, and adult clients. Clinicians can choose the presentations and age groups that align with their experience and interests. Assessment referrals are also available for psychologists who conduct psychological assessments, and we welcome clinicians who can offer couples therapy.

You will be supported by a friendly and productive practice manager, experienced reception staff, and opportunities for regular peer supervision and collaboration with colleagues.

- Opportunities to offer Telehealth services if desired
- Potential opportunities for home visit appointments if preferred
- Generous split-fee arrangement

- Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Eligibility to provide psychological services under Medicare
- Experience treating a range of mental health presentations using evidence-based modalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with referrers and the community
- Professional, reliable, motivated, and self-driven
- Warm, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality psychological care

Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychological assessments
- Experience working with couples
