A well-established Brisbane real estate agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager, or an emerging Team Leader, to step into a 2IC role alongside the Head of Department.

What you’ll be doing

- Acting as 2IC to the Head of Department, giving hands-on support across the Property Management team
- Managing a small portfolio of 40-50 properties, taking on new managements as capacity allows
- Looking after a rent roll predominantly across Brisbane’s Western Suburbs,



generally within about 10 km of the office
- Providing portfolio coverage during staff leave and absences
- Troubleshooting portfolio issues and finding ways to improve processes and workflows
- Mentoring Property Managers with their day-to-day work and professional development
- Assisting with escalated matters and operational challenges
- Reporting to the Head of Department on portfolio performance, team needs and areas for improvement.

About you

- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager, Team Leader
- Strong property management knowledge, including QCAT experience
- A genuine passion for mentoring, supporting and developing other Property Managers
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to changing team needs
