Azora is a fast growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans. We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to support our brokers and drive the continued growth of our Consumer Car Loans business in NSW.

Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference

Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with consumer car loans / asset finance brokers across NSW.

Become a trusted lending partner and first point of contact for your broker network.

Understand each broker's business, customer base and lending requirements.

Conduct periodic face-to-face broker meetings, visits and presentations, attend PD Days.

Identify and onboard current broker relationships.

Maintain regular contact with your broker portfolio by phone, email and digital channels.

Follow up opportunities, applications and pipeline activity.

Work closely with Credit, Settlements,



Operations and Management to deliver outcomes for brokers and customers.

Advocate for your brokers internally while maintaining sound commercial and credit judgement.

Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you…

Demonstrated experience selling consumer car loan / asset finance products

Minimum 1 years sales experience in the 3rd Party broker industry

Commercial acumen

Experience working within a regulated environment (NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy Act etc)

Time management

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

Team player
