About the role!

You will work across litigation and dispute resolution matters from early advice through to negotiation, ADR and court steps, with senior support available as needed.

- Draft pleadings, correspondence, briefs and court documents
- Assist with dispute strategy,



evidence and hearing preparation
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other parties
- Attend conferences, mediations, directions hearings and court events as required
- Manage deadlines, files and procedural requirements
- Work across commercial and general civil dispute matters

What you'll bring!

- 2-5 years PAE in litigation, dispute resolution or a closely related area
- Robust drafting, research and file management skillsConfidence dealing with clients and working to deadlines
- A practical, commercially aware approach to disputes
- Good attention to detail and clear communication
- Admission as an Australian legal practitioner
