Monash Health is recruiting a Grade 3 Social Worker for Drug & Alcohol Services within Mental Health. You will work full time in the Primary Health Clinic and Needle Syringe Program, delivering harm-minimisation care and basic health interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will engage clients, support recovery, and coordinate with other health services, while contributing to program development and data collection.
