Our clients are a CA firm based in Penrith and are a mid sized boutique firm. They are a young and progressive financial services firm that service a wide range of SME clients across varying industries. They provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation and Financial Planning.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as a Manager with potential for future partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.

This prospect is ideal for a Manager or Senior Manager looking to take their next step and progress into a partner down the line. We are open to Senior Accountants with ambitions to progress their career.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct interviews with clients and prospective clients, assess their needs and make recommendations according to the client's individual circumstances and needs




- Prepare / Review Tax Returns, BAS/IASs, Payroll Tax Reports, Management Reports
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Provide general accounting and taxation advice to clients with consultation of other partners (unless given the delegated authority to advise individually on behalf of the firm

Qualifications:

- CA Preferred, open to CPA
- Must have experience managing a team
- Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
- Accounting software: Xero, Class Super, MYOB, etc
- Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
- MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
