BYRONS Lending Solutions is seeking brokers specialising in residential mortgages, commercial finance, or both, backed by BYRONS—ranked among Australia’s top 100 accounting firms.

- Freedom to develop your business — grow your own referral network and pursue marketing and business development initiatives within agreed brand and compliance standards.
- Admin support as you grow — processing and lodgement assistance once you reach an agreed lending volume.




- A professional CBD base and hybrid flexibility — work from home and our office occupying the entire Level 18 at 570 George Street, Sydney, near Town Hall.

Who we’re looking for
An experienced broker or lender with strong business development skills, established client or referral relationships, and the ambition to grow.
You’ll bring relevant qualifications and accreditations, sound judgement and a professional, collaborative approach.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary. You’ll be responsible for generating most of your own business; supplied leads are not the foundation of the role. Our network can complement your efforts, while our infrastructure and expertise help you convert opportunities and grow.
