A&L; Windows is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Stapylton site. You will coordinate warranty and service jobs, enter and track them in SAP, and liaise with homeowners, sales, technicians and internal teams to progress each job to completion.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a focus on accurate data entry, timely updates and delivering a positive customer experience. Experience in customer service or administration is essential, SAP experience is highly regarded.
