You’ll lead from the floor, coach your team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet commercial goals while fostering a positive, growth-focused culture.

You’ll coach and motivate staff, drive sales, maintain standards, manage stock and assist with rostering, while upholding STRAND’s values and ensuring a safe working setting.
