MaxLab in Barangaroo, Sydney, is seeking a dedicated Pizza Chef / Focaccia Maker to join our full time team. You will produce artisan focaccia, assemble premium sandwiches and support kitchen operations with a focus on quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates have hands-on pizza or baking experience, are confident with commercial kitchen equipment, and eager to learn our recipes and methods. Daytime shifts, five-day roster, Sundays off.
