We are seeking a licensed and experienced Gas Fitter / Plumber to carry out gas safety rectification works on a free-standing upright cooker at a residential property in Lynbrook.
Scope of Work
- Regulator Replacement
- Replace an existing non‑compliant/faulty regulator on a free‑standing cooker with a current adjustable regulator.
- Perform necessary pressure testing to ensure correct gas supply pressure in compliance with AS/NZS 5601.1.
- Isolation Valve & Connection Upgrade
- Install a gas isolation valve on the gas line to the appliance.
- Rectify the upright cooker connection using a high‑level flexible hose connection.
- Compliance
- Issue a Gas Compliance Certificate / Certificate of Compliance upon completion of works.
