Junior Sales Consultant / Business Development

You'll spend your time selling, not doing admin. Reach out to motel and holiday park owners, run discovery calls, book and support product demos, and follow up until the deal is done. You'll automate your own admin using AI tools to research prospects, prepare for calls, write follow-ups and keep the CRM up to date. You'll set new customers up for success so they rarely need support and stay to buy more. You'll build your own processes, workflows and simple apps to solve problems and cut out manual work. You'll represent GuestPoint at industry events and conferences.

Key responsibilities

- Reach out to motel and holiday park owners by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Run discovery calls: ask good questions, listen, and find out what's frustrating them today
- Book and support product demos, then follow up until the deal is done
- Automate your own admin: use AI tools (including Claude) to research prospects, prepare for calls, write follow-ups and keep the CRM up to date
- Set current customers up for success, so they rarely need support and stay to buy more
- Build your own processes, workflows and simple apps to solve problems and cut out manual work
- Represent GuestPoint at industry events and conferences

About you

- A recent graduate, or someone with up to 2–3 years in sales,



hospitality or another customer-facing role
- You enjoy talking to people and you're a better listener than talker
- Resilient, competitive and motivated by results
- Already uses digital and AI tools to work smarter, or is eager to learn
- Likes building things and fixing broken processes rather than putting up with them
- Any degree is welcome; business, marketing or communications are a plus, not a must
- Full-time, 4 days in our Eight Mile Plains office and 1 day from home
- $65k–$80k + super, depending on experience, with opportunity for performance rewards for new business and customer growth
- Quick advancement for people who perform — into account executive, sales leadership or partnerships
