About the Role

This is a hands-on service role covering maintenance, breakdowns, and general HVAC work across a variety of systems for our existing customer base.

You'll be part of a growing team, working alongside experienced techs and supported by a structured service department.

Typical work includes:

- Service and maintenance of HVAC systems (VRF, splits, packaged units, AHUs, etc.)

- Fault finding and breakdown response

- Installs and repairs

- Working across industrial and commercial sites

- Using job management systems (iPad provided)

Skills and Experience Required

- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Trade Certificate

- Australian Drivers License

- Refrigerant Handling License

- White Card

- Excellent diagnostic skills

- Can work well individually & in a team environment

- Good communication skills, both written & verbal.

- Ability to pass medical examination

- Can understand and work to all WHS & safety requirements
