We are seeking a skilled and motivated Venue Supervisor to oversee floor and bar operations at Allta. The role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Fine dining experience is highly valued, and a passion for hospitality is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage the bar and floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee guest service to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies

About you

- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar hospitality role
- Proficiency in beverage knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Keen attention to detail and ability to drive service excellence
