Randstad Pty seeks an Employment Service Case Manager to work with Yolŋu and local First Nations participants on country, delivering tailored employment pathways and post-placement support. You will report to the Site Manager and operate within the RAES program across remote communities.

You will coordinate with teams, maintain ECSN/ESS data, and ensure secure, respectful engagement with local cultures while supporting participants to achieve sustainable outcomes.
