About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, highly organised, and proactive Purchasing and HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

This unique dual-function role is ideal for a multitasking professional who thrives on variety. You will split your expertise between optimising our supply chain operations and supporting our most valuable asset—our people.

You will work alongside and report to the supply chain manager while simultaneously coordinating day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Procurement

- Manage inventory levels and purchasing needs to ensure seamless business operations.
- Evaluate suppliers , negotiating competitive pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.




- Process purchase orders (POs) and track shipments to resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews.

Human Resources Support

- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all compliance documentation and background checks are complete.
- Maintain HR records and employee files within our HRIS system, ensuring strict confidentiality.

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven experience working in a procurement, purchasing, or human resources support role (experience in both is highly desirable).
- Strong negotiation skills with commercial acumen and the ability to build rapport with vendors.
- Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/purchasing software and HRIS platforms.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with SAP ECC6 ERP system and Found-U HRIS will be viewed favourably.
