Are you a confident, commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and turning opportunities into results?

collective_100 is a premium flexible workspace in the heart of Cremorne, Melbourne's "Silicon Cremorne". We provide SME and enterprise clients with professional, flexible workspace solutions, combining the professionalism of a corporate office with the flexibility of coworking and personalised service of an owner-operated business.

We are seeking a proactive and personable Community Lead to take ownership of sales and marketing, driving membership growth and strengthening our market presence. You’ll manage prospective members and broker relationships, coordinate social media, newsletters, blog posts and promotions, and help deliver a standout experience for the businesses that call collective_100 home.

Based at our front desk, you will also be a key point of contact for members and visitors, helping deliver a positive member experience through relationship building, community initiatives and events. You will share day-to-day administrative and operational responsibilities with management, contributing to the smooth running of the workspace.

This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position based in Cremorne, working Monday to Friday. Occasional early starts or later finishes may be required to accommodate bookings or member events.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to);

Sales & Business Development:

Manage prospective members throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry and workspace tours through to proposals, agreements and onboarding.

Maintain accurate lead records and sales activity within our CRM and booking systems, managing day trials, membership renewals and member exits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our broker network and other referral partners.

Proactively identify opportunities to generate leads, convert enquiries and grow membership revenue, contributing to achieving membership and revenue targets.

Marketing & Promotion:

Plan, create and publish social media content that showcases collective_100 and generate interest in our workspace.

Write and coordinate blog posts,

newsletters and other marketing communications, bringing ideas to life in a clear and engaging way.

Coordinate promotions and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Identify opportunities to strengthen collective_100’s market presence and attract prospective members.

Member Experience, Administration & Operations:

Welcome members, prospective clients and visitors, providing professional and personalised service.

Respond to member enquiries and assist with day-to-day workspace requirements.

Coordinate member onboarding, inductions and general administrative processes.

Plan and coordinate member events that foster connections, strengthen the community and support member engagement and retention.

Maintain high presentation standards across the workspace and report maintenance issues.

Assist with technical support enquiries and coordinate with suppliers and vendors as required.

Complete administrative and operational tasks in collaboration with management, suggesting improvements to processes, service delivery and the overall member experience.

About you:

You are a confident, personable and commercially driven professional who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building relationships. You are comfortable initiating conversations, asking the right questions, recognising opportunities and guiding prospective clients towards a decision. You take ownership of your work, are motivated by achieving results and remain persistent when opportunities take time and effort to develop.

You are also organised and adaptable, able to manage your own priorities while responding to the day-to-day needs of a busy workspace. You enjoy contributing ideas, learning new skills and working collaboratively to help a business grow.

Whether you are looking to build on your existing experience, return to the workforce or take your career in a new direction,

we would love to hear from you.

You will bring:

Business development or relationship based experience (around 2 years or more). Experience in flexible workspace, real estate or another relationship-driven sales environment would be advantageous.

Strong interpersonal skills and commercial confidence, with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs and progress opportunities towards conversion.

An interest in marketing and the ability to create engaging content and coordinate activities such as social media, newsletters, blog posts and promotions. You don't need to be a marketing specialist, but you should be comfortable writing and bringing ideas to life.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional, approachable manner and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of clients and business partners.

Strong planning skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and showing initiative.

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM and booking systems, with the ability to assist with basic technical troubleshooting.

A cooperative, hands-on approach, positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience across sales, marketing, administration and operations.

A permanent, full-time position within a premium flexible workspace business. Enjoy the consistency of a Monday-to-Friday role, with your evenings generally free.

Opportunity to build relationships with the directors and employees of leading global companies across a diverse range of industries.

Exposure to the day-to-day running of a business, with opportunities to take ownership of projects, broaden your skills and develop your commercial experience.

Personalised, one-on-one coaching and mentoring while working closely with management in a small team, supportive team.

Commission opportunities linked to business development performance.

Enjoy a varied role spanning sales, marketing, events and member relationships, with plenty of scope to take initiative and bring your ideas to life.

A negotiable salary commensurate with experience.
