About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, honest and hard-working Practice Manager with a wide scope of experience and skills to assist in the day to day running of the medical practice, oversee staff and grow the business.

Desirable Qualifications:
The Practice Manager will have:
- Previous experience in same or similar role
- Minimum 1-2 years of management experience required
- Great personality
- Positive communication skills with a flair for conflict resolution
- Confident management style akin to the health industry
- Healthcare industry management experience is required
- A knowledge of HR practices
- Ability to train staff and ensure ongoing upskilling and training
- Medicare item number and process understanding
- Basic awareness level of Medicare knowledge is required
- Able to work as part of a team
- Confidence in dealing with stakeholders
- Experience with medical software. Best Practice experience is an advantage.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience with General Practice Accreditation.
- Must have current car licence.
- All applicants will have an understanding of relevant standards and legislative requirements according to general medical practices, accreditation standards and privacy and confidentiality laws.
