Quarry Administration and Sales Coordinator

When the phone is ringing, drivers are waiting, priorities are changing, and there's a dozen things competing for your attention, you stay calm and focus on what matters most. You genuinely enjoy helping others and helping the team achieve more than expected.

Most importantly, you do things the right way, even when nobody is watching.

About the Opportunity

This is not just an administration role.

You'll be the central communication link between our customers, drivers, quarries and sales team. You'll coordinate deliveries, manage weighbridge transactions, assist with transport scheduling, maintain customer records, and support business development activities by booking appointments and helping create opportunities for our sales team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, responsibility and variety. You'll have the autonomy to solve problems, make decisions, and deliver outcomes while being supported by an experienced team.

No two days are the same.

One moment you'll be helping a customer organise deliveries. The next you'll be coordinating trucks, solving scheduling challenges, updating records, or booking appointments with prospective customers.
