Subway is seeking a Store Manager to be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis and work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll lead a team, uphold high standards for a outstanding guest experience, manage stock, rosters, deliveries, safety, and drive sales. The role involves training, ongoing coaching, and ensuring excellent customer service across shifts and stores.
