The Chance

As an early childhood educator, you will work closely with the team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality educational program that supports children, families, and the wider community.

Working closely with your leadership team and educators, you will foster a positive workplace culture centred on collaboration, professional growth, and excellence in early childhood education.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where children can thrive. Working collaboratively with a team of passionate early childhood professionals, you will support the delivery of high-quality educational programs that foster children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

You will build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute to a positive team culture, and help create rich learning experiences that reflect children’s interests, strengths, and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create welcoming and inclusive learning environments that promote children’s development and wellbeing
- Observe, document, and contribute to children’s learning and development




- Work collaboratively with the teaching and leadership team to deliver high-quality education and care
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children
- Support children’s learning through intentional teaching and everyday interactions
- Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with National Quality Framework requirements and centre policies
- Promote child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of your work

Requirements

- Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience working within an early childhood education and care setting
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
