About the Role

As a Care Partner, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the Sunshine Coast & Gympie, taking ownership of client relationships, service engagement, retention and portfolio performance.

You'll play a key role in welcoming new clients, converting enquiries into ongoing services and proactively identifying opportunities to expand care as clients' needs evolve.

Through meaningful conversations, regular client engagement and a strong understanding of our services, you'll recommend tailored care solutions that deliver positive client outcomes while contributing to business growth.

This is a relationship-led, results-focused role where you'll be accountable for achieving agreed performance targets and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families.
- Lead meaningful conversations to uncover needs and identify opportunities.
- Convert prospective enquiries and consultations into new clients and ongoing services.
- Confidently present services, pricing and the value of Dovida's care options.
- Design tailored care solutions aligned with client goals, needs and available funding.
- Drive service uptake and support effective utilisation of client funding.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services as client needs evolve.
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction, quality and opportunities for increased service engagement.
- Take ownership of portfolio growth, client engagement, retention and individual performance targets.
- Develop and maintain referral networks to generate new client opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
- Proactively respond to client feedback to strengthen satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive steps to achieve growth objectives.

About You:

You’re commercially minded, relationship-driven and motivated by achieving results.

You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you – you actively seek them out. You recognise potential, ask the right questions and confidently guide conversations towards positive outcomes.

You’re comfortable discussing services, pricing and value, and understand how to build trust, influence decisions and turn opportunities into action.

Most importantly, you understand that exceptional client care and sustainable business growth go hand in hand.

You bring:

- Demonstrated success in business development, consultative relationship management or client portfolio growth.
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
- Confidence converting enquiries into ongoing client relationships.
- Strong ability to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Confidence discussing pricing, funding and the value of services.
- Experience growing and retaining an existing client base.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Accountability for your performance and a willingness to take ownership of results.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence working autonomously and within a team.
- A professional, approachable, and credible presence.

Essential:

- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Current driver’s licence.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience in business development, account management or consultative client relationship roles.
- Experience working towards client acquisition, engagement or growth targets
- Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in aged care, disability, nursing, community services or related industries.
- Experience coordinating or managing client services.

You don’t necessarily need an aged care background. If you have strong business development and relationship management experience, a genuine interest in helping people and the ability to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
