Duty Manager | Woolshed Inn, Bordertown

We’re looking for an experiencedDuty Manager with gaming experience to join the team at theWoolshed Inn in Bordertown .

If you enjoy leading a team, getting to know the locals and delivering friendly, welcoming service, we’d love to hear from you!

- Up to 20-25 hours per week , with the potential for full-time employment in the future for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations across the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro;
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the team throughout each shift;
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
- Build positive relationships with team members, locals and visitors;
- Deliver excellent customer service and lend a hand across the bar when required; and
- Help maintain a secure, welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

About You

You’re a confident, approachable hospitality professional who enjoys taking responsibility and being part of a team.

You’ll bring:

- Current RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications — essential;
- An RP badge — advantageous;




- A minimum of two years’ gaming experience — highly regarded;
- The ability to work independently and support the team during busy services;
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
- A positive, hands‑on attitude and a commitment to building a great team culture.
