APM Group in Bankstown, NSW is seeking a Career Transition Assistance (CTA) Facilitator to support participants aged 45+ back into work, delivering assessments, training and advice.

Based at Bankstown, you will run CTA programs in group settings, build relationships with employers and government partners, and ensure accreditation standards are met. Eligible applicants have Employment Services experience, robust stakeholder skills, and a valid driver’s licence.
