You'll work alongside our IT team to provide technical support, maintain business systems and contribute to projects that improve the way we work.

Key responsibilities

Provide IT support across the business, troubleshooting technical issues and helping teams stay productive.

Assist with day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, responding to support requests and maintaining hardware and software.

Support Windows-based systems, network devices and business applications.

Collaborate with teams across the business to streamline systems and improve data workflows.

Assist with system upgrades, implementations and ongoing improvements.

Support automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operations.

Train and assist users with systems and tools, helping them work confidently with technology.

Follow data governance and IT security procedures to protect sensitive business information.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates confidently and takes pride in delivering reliable IT support.

Strong technical aptitude with experience providing remote IT support.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

A collaborative approach and willingness to support different teams across the business.

An interest in automation, system improvements and emerging technologies.

A commitment to data security, confidentiality and following established procedures.





A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude.

Experience and qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar technical support role.

Experience supporting Windows-based servers, network devices and custom business applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications or experience, will be highly regarded.
