The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Food & Beverage team
- Be the face of the operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touch point
- Oversee the day-to‑day running of the Food & Beverage department
- Drive service standards and operational excellence across all outlets
- Support business performance and help maximise revenue opportunities
- Lead from the front, providing hands‑on support during service
- Create a positive, team‑focused environment that encourages growth and success

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and approachable leader with a passion for hospitality and people development.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant F&B; Manager, or in a similar leadership role
- Experience within a busy hotel, resort, or high‑volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A hands‑on approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- The drive to develop your team and contribute to the continued success of the business
