This full time onsite role involves delivering recovery-focused interventions and case management to participants, with educational and therapeutic group programs as part of the journey towards lasting recovery.
You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and individuals from diverse backgrounds, building partnerships and supporting continuous service improvement.
