What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:





- Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement and referrals
- Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
- Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
- Track leads, appointments and conversions daily using our CRM
- Work with your team to help the club grow and thrive

- Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
- Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets
- Organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple tasks
- A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences
- Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand
- Sales experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and drive matter most
