The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for a permanent part-time role (30.4 hrs/week) on-site in Shepparton, VIC. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will deliver client-centred case management to individuals and families affected by homelessness, helping them access safe housing and essential supports.

Applicants will have a relevant tertiary qualification, homelessness experience, and robust partnership skills.
