In this role,you will:

- Inspire young minds by providing high-quality care and meaningful educationalexperiences, fostering curiosity and exploration in young children.

- Ensurea safe and inclusive space by promoting children’s physical and emotionalwellbeing, celebrating diversity and creating an environment whereeveryone feels included.
- Build positive relationshipsbycollaborating with team members, families, andchildren to create a sense of community and connection.

What do you need to be successful?:

- A Cert III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualificationrecognized by ACECQA.
- Agenuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make adifference.
- Experienceworking with young children in a childcare setting.
- Acurrent Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Acommitment to learning, development, and fostering inclusivity.
