Flour & Chocolate Patisserie in Morningside, Brisbane, seeks an experienced pastry chef to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on pastry, baking and cake production, all from scratch, without premixes, and advantages from working with an experienced crew.
You'll rotate across sections—croissants, puff pastry, shortcrust, cakes and other baked goods—while following recipes, production schedules and strict food safety practices. Start times are early and the roster runs Tuesday to Saturday.
