HubSpot is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager, Growth (PDM) to onboard and activate a large set of partners in the ANZ market, helping them grow within HubSpot's partner ecosystem and reach Platinum status.
You will own a book of business, typically 40–80 partners, drive sourced MRR through onboarding and co-selling, coach partners on GTM, packaging and pricing services, and collaborate with internal teams to accelerate partner success.
