The Opportunity

The Employment team in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate.This role offers more than just a seat at the table; it’s an opportunity to influence the direction of a highly respected practice that acts for a blue-chip roster of ASX 200 companies, major government bodies, and international corporations.

As a senior member of the team, you will be leadingdiverse, complex matters across the entire lifecycle of the employment relationship, including industrial relations,



discrimination, WHS, and high-profile litigation. Youwill be actively supported to develop your own personal brand and practice.

We would like to speak to seasoned specialists of 5+ PQE with a strong background in employment law and industrial relations within a top-tier or reputable commercial firm. In addition to an interest inthought leadership, publishing, and presenting, you’ll need to speak on your ability to manage your own workload autonomously while mentoring junior associates.
