We're looking for a hands-on General Manager who knows how to make a dealership perform.

You'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the dealership, working closely with your Sales, Service and Parts teams to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Your focus will be simple:

- Achieve the dealership budget
- Drive sales and gross profit
- Manage stock and aged inventory
- Grow Service and Parts performance
- Keep a close eye on costs and productivity
- Coach and lead your managers and team
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Maintain safe, compliant and well-run operations

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We want a leader who is visible, commercial, decisive and close to the operation . if you have dealership management experience, strong commercial instincts and enjoy taking ownership of results, we'd love to hear from you.
