The University of Sydney is seeking a senior leader to shape and coordinate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander initiatives across the Library. You will provide strategic leadership, drive the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategic Roadmap and Workforce Plan, and partner with senior University leaders to reflect Indigenous voices in decision-making.
You will champion culturally protected practices, strengthen cultural capability and grow an inclusive staff community within the Library.
