Business Manager – Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I;)

About the Role

Redlands Mazda is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven automotive finance professional to step into a high-volume dealership and maximise earnings.

You will be responsible for delivering tailored car finance and insurance while ensuring compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and sell automotive finance, insurance and protection memberships
- Structure vehicle finance deals in line with lender and compliance requirements
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximise F&I; penetration and profitability
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer buying experience




- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targets
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ASIC compliance standards

Skills & Experience

- Proven background as a Business Manager, F&I; Manager, Finance & Insurance Consultant or Automotive Finance Specialist (essential)
- Solid knowledge of car finance, lending, insurance products, (essential)
- Experience in a dealership environment (new or used vehicles) (essential)
- High-level communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven automotive sales workplace
- Solid compliance awareness and attention to detail
