We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our passionate collaborative team on a part-time or casual basis, 2 days per week. Days and hours are flexible and can be discussed with the right person. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting patients and creating a calm, friendly welcoming setting
- Managing phones, emails and appointment bookings
- Billing, Medicare and private health claims
- Updating patient records and handling general admin
- Supporting our practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly

About you

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist (essential)
- A fast learner who picks up new systems and processes quickly
- Able to multitask and stay calm and organised in a busy environment




- Exceptional customer service skills, with a warm and caring manner
- Professional, reliable and a genuine team player
