Campbell Post Office is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our team in November 2026 in a long-term part-time role.

Candidates with previous Australia Post or Licensed Post Office (LPO) experience will be given preference. However, applicants without previous post office experience are also welcome to apply, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Manually sorting incoming mail and parcels.

Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service at the counter.

Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the post office.

Completing regular online training to stay up to date with new rules, procedures and operational requirements.

Has good attention to detail and the ability to sort mail and parcels efficiently.

What You'll Need

The ability to lift and handle mail and parcels weighing up to 16 kg.

The ability to stand for extended periods during your shift.

A strong commitment to reliability, accuracy and customer service.

A willingness to undertake regular online training and keep up to date with the latest post office procedures.

Days: 2–3 days per week, with some flexibility to negotiate working days.

Hours: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm on each working day.

Employment type: Long-term part-time.

Hourly rate: $36.81 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.

Parking: Free in office parking.
