Amazon Web Services is seeking a Delivery Consultant to help enterprise customers understand, plan and implement Amazon Connect within their AWS cloud environments. You will lead in office engagements, define packaged offerings and deliver custom solutions focused on call center organization, processes, tooling and integration.

Travel to client locations is expected as part of engagements; you will work closely with sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to deliver production-ready AWS
