Purpose of Role
The FP&A; Manager will lead the monthly FP&A; cadence, deliver high-quality analysis and insight, and partner with senior leaders to support effective decision-making. The role will also help manage ANZ Chubb’s cost base through forecasting, planning, and insightful analysis, driving cost discipline and better resource and productivity decisions across the business.

What you will do

- Own the monthly FP&A; deliverables cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality outputs
- Provide commercial insight through variance, trend, and performance analysis to support executive decisions
- Strengthen cost management processes and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve accountability and financial outcomes
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support proactive risk and opportunity management
- Support business cases and track productivity program costs and benefits
- Drive process improvement through BI, automation, and better data-driven decision-making
- Build solid relationships across Finance and the business to influence outcomes
- Coach and develop junior team members and support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
