At Energy Trade Solutions, we’re looking for a plumber who takes pride in their work. Not just getting the job done but getting it done properly. Someone who likes a clean install, thinks through a problem before reaching for the tools, and isn’t afraid to suggest a better way of doing something.

We’re a Brisbane-based multi-trade business working across plumbing, solar and electrical. It’s a good environment for someone who’s curious, enjoys learning from other trades and wants to keep developing their skills.

What the work looks like

Hot water systems are a big part of what we do, particularly heat pumps. Clean, neat and well-thought-out installations are non-negotiable. We want someone who cares just as much about the finished result as the system working.

The role involves a mix of:

Hot water system installations, replacements and upgrades, particularly heat pumps

General plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault finding

Gas fitting, appliance installations and gas line alterations

Sanitary and stormwater drainage, including repairs

Rough-ins, fit-offs and bathroom, kitchen and laundry plumbing

Residential and commercial projects, working alongside our solar and electrical teams

There’s variety in the work,

and we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet without cutting corners.

We’re not expecting you to know everything. We are expecting you to care.

About You - You’ll fit in well if you:

Take genuine pride in the quality and presentation of your work

Are organised, reliable and pay attention to the little things

Enjoy figuring things out rather than automatically doing what’s always been done

Can think outside the box while keeping safety and compliance front of mind

Are curious, open-minded and happy to learn from people in other trades

Can work independently, make sensible decisions and communicate well
